Do I receive a recognised certificate?

Every graduate receives a Nodecademy Certificate of Completion, earned through real project evaluation, not just attendance. But the real signal employers care about is your portfolio and the live work you demo on Demo Day. The certificate confirms you finished; your shipped projects prove you can do the work.

What programs does Nodecademy offer?

We currently offer two 12-week tracks: Frontend Engineering with React.js, and Backend Engineering with Node.js. Both tracks run on the same cohort schedule, with a joint cross-track sprint in the final weeks where frontend and backend students pair up to build a real product feature together, simulating how real engineering teams work.

Do I need prior tech experience to enroll?

No prior coding experience is required for the Frontend Track, we start from HTML and CSS basics. For the Backend Track, light familiarity with basic programming concepts is helpful but not required. What we look for is basic computer literacy, curiosity about how the web works, and a willingness to commit consistently for 12 weeks.
